(Root-knot nematodes en angl\u00e8s, RKN), s\u00f3n nematodes fitopar\u00e0sits causants de la majoria de les p\u00e8rdues de producci\u00f3 en cultius hort\u00edcoles a nivell mundial. La resist\u00e8ncia vegetal \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode de control de poblacions de nematodes efica\u00e7, rendible, respectu\u00f3s amb el mediambient i segur per a la salut.
